Tarts are similar to Pies, just without a top crust. Fresh fruits are baked on a Tart shell with either an almond pastry cream or a fruity delight. The tart is then baked, caramelizing the fruits in the process. Utterly Delicious!

Our gluten-free options provide a delicious medley of flavor combinations. Our gluten free cakes are made with nut meringue layers, coconut layers, or gluten free & nut free cake layers made using Bob's Red Mill flourless blend. We love experimenting with gluten free desserts and love serving the gluten free community even more!
